Steps to book a trip

First step（Choose a trip and submit your request）
Select your favorite travel route and click the "Inquire Now" button to provide your details so we know which travel route you are booking. If there is no travel route that meets your needs, click the "Custom Trip or Create my trip" button. You will receive the detailed itinerary and quote from us within 24 hours.

Second step (Receive our proposals and quote)
We will email you an update on the tour itinerary and your quote. The itinerary includes many details so that you can clearly understand the specific situation of the travel route you are interested in.
Third step(free reset)
During the booking process, if you find any discrepancy with your needs, we offer free exchange services. You are welcome to send us feedback by email or phone so that we can adjust the itinerary to your requirements until you are completely satisfied with the travel plan.
Fourth step (Reservation and payment in advance)
Once you are satisfied with your trip itinerary, you can confirm the reservation for our tourist services. You can arrange to book your trip with our travel advisor and then you will need to make a deposit into our company bank account as advance payment to book the travel services. We recommend confirming your reservation as soon as possible, as booking early will give you price advantages.
IMPORTANT: We will begin the reservation process once we have received your advance payment. The hotels proposed in the quote can only be officially requested by us once we have received your advance payment. If any changes occur during this period, we will inform you in time and offer you other options. Domestic flights in China are sometimes subject to change, so we will also inform you of any changes to the flights proposed in the quote, as well as offer you other options. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a Travel Service Reservation Confirmation and an invoice so that you can pay the balance to our account on the specified date.
Fifth step(Balance payment and completion)
Once the balance is received, we will send you the final confirmation letter. To help you prepare for your trip to China, we will send you a welcome letter that includes some important travel tips.
